| Employer match | Quoted from the filing above | Audit report, p. 39 ↗ |
| Automatic enrollment | The Plan provides for automatic enrollment of eligible employees of the Employer who do not make affirmative elections to contribute or not to contribute to the Plan. An eligible employee who is automatically enrolled in the Plan is deemed to make a pre-tax contribution (the Default Contribution) of 6% of compensation (the Default Percentage) each payroll period, and the Default Percentage will automatically increase by 1% (up to 50%) each January 1 following the date on which the eligible employee is automatically enrolled in the Plan. Default Contributions are invested in the applicable target retirement date fund offered under the Plan. An automatically enrolled participant may affirmatively elect at any time to change his or her Default Percentage, cease making pre-tax contributions, cease to be subject to the annual increases and/or change the investment fund in which his or her Default Contributions are invested. | Audit report, p. 39 ↗ |
| Roth contributions | Each pay period, the Employer contributes to the Plan the pre-tax contribution amount, and/or the Roth 401(k) contribution amount, elected by each participant. A participant may elect pre-tax and/or Roth 401(k) contributions either as a stated dollar amount or as a percentage of his or her compensation (as defined in the Plan) limited to 50% of compensation, up to the annual dollar limit of $23,000 and $22,500, respectively, for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023. A participant who attains age 50 before the close of a plan year and who made the maximum amount of pre-tax contributions and/or Roth 401(k) contributions permitted under the Code is permitted to make additional "catch-up" contributions to the Plan in the form of pre-tax contributions and/or Roth 401(k) contributions. | Audit report, p. 39 ↗ |
| Loans | A participant may borrow from the Plan at any time subject to certain limitations. Loans from the Plan bear simple interest. The term of a loan will not exceed five years unless the loan is used to acquire a principal residence, in which case the term may not exceed 30 years. A participant loan is secured by the account receivable created by the loan and by such additional security as the Plan's trustees (Trustees) may accept, and the loan may be prepaid without penalty. If a loan is secured by a principal residence, it becomes due and payable upon disposition of such residence. Failure to make a payment on a loan when due constitutes a default. | Audit report, p. 40 ↗ |
