PlanFacts presents information from public Form 5500 filings and their attachments. We extract and check it carefully (see our methodology), but it is provided as-is, may contain errors, and reflects the plan year of the filing. Plans change. Always confirm with the plan's current Summary Plan Description or administrator.

Using plan contacts

Administrator contacts come from public filings and are shown so participants can reach their plans. If you use them for business outreach, you are responsible for complying with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM and telemarketing rules. Don't use this site to harass anyone.

You may quote and link to our pages and the best-matches CSV with attribution to PlanFacts. Don't scrape the site at high volume; contact us for bulk access.
