Plan data

Everything about plans comes from public Form 5500 filings. Those filings contain no information about individual participants, and we don't add any. Searches on this site never ask for a Social Security number.

What we collect

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and clicks (pages viewed, approximate location, device, referring site), with IP anonymization. You can block it with a browser extension or Google's opt-out add-on.
• Waitlist: if you join the PlanFacts Pro waitlist we store your email, the role and firm you choose to give, the page you signed up from and campaign tags in the link. We use it only to contact you about PlanFacts Pro. Ask us to delete it at any time.
• Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard request logs for security and debugging.

What we don't do

• We don't sell personal information.
• We don't set advertising cookies until an ad network is enabled; this page will be updated before that happens.
