| Loans | Notes Receivable from Participants - A participant may apply to the Plan for a loan in the amount not to exceed the lesser of (1) $50,000, or (2) 50% of the total vested balance in their individual account. The loans are secured by the balance in the participant’s account bearing interest at prevailing rates (prime rate + 1%) and are charged to participants in equal monthly amounts. Interest is calculated using effective interest amortization. Loans must be repaid over a period of no more than five years.
