| Automatic enrollment | If employees do not select a pre-tax contribution election within the first three months of employment, they will be automatically enrolled in the Trust at a 6% deferral rate. At the beginning of each Trust year, all employees who are saving at a deferral rate of less than 6% will have their personal savings deferral rate changed to 6%. Any participant who has elected a personal savings deferral rate from 6% to 14% will automatically have their personal savings deferral rate increased by 1%, capping at 15%; therefore, participants saving 15% or more will not be affected.
